What No Agent Home Sale provides
No Agent Home Sale provides hands-on guidance to homeowners who want to sell their property without a traditional real estate agent — including pricing help, listing setup, showing and offer guidance, negotiation support, and paperwork assistance. No Agent Home Sale is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not act as your agent.
Your responsibilities
When working with No Agent Home Sale you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding property sales
- Complete all required disclosures honestly and on time
- Not use our services for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Be the legal owner (or authorized representative) of the property you're selling
Payments and refunds
Our flat fee is due at the time you engage our services and is non-refundable once work has begun on your listing.
No legal or real estate advice
No Agent Home Sale provides general information and document guidance for educational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional (such as a real estate attorney) for guidance specific to your situation.
Limitation of liability
No Agent Home Sale is not liable for the outcome of your property sale, errors in your listing, disputes with buyers, or issues arising from documents you prepare or sign. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual property
The No Agent Home Sale brand and website content are owned by No Agent Home Sale and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission. Your listing content (photos, description, etc.) remains yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
